If you are tech-savvy and able to record your presentation in a different way, you are allowed to do so. Keep in mind the advice regarding recording yourself as explained in the video. - The presentation primarily focuses on assessing your presentation skills. While your arguments should, of course, be correct, what is expected is a fluent, interesting and coherent presentation. - There is also no easy answer for any of the legal rules that apply to the case, and you should select and argue those that best protect your interest. However, as the presentation is now a video recording it will be difficult (if not impossible for some) to use a powerpoint or other visual aids. If using visual aids is not possible or would negatively affect your presentation (eg be distracting or take focus away from you) you should not use it.
