A company profile was created in assignment 1 and 2, for assignment 3 you are to use that profile to assemble a final bid for tendering for a job. Supply the company profile you created in assignment 1 and 2, as part of the submission for assignment 3. You are to relate your answers to the tasks back to your company profile.

Your company is to bid on tender contract to build a new 220 square metre residential house and due to your company currently having a very heavy workload your company has relied heavily on prices from subcontractors to compile your own companies bid for the contract.

The house you are bidding on is a single storey timber framed house on a concrete floor and footings. It is clad in brick veneer with double glazed aluminium windows and corrugated colorsteel roof. This contract covers the entire house build from site set up through to issuing code of compliance certificate and does not include landscaping, see house plan is attached.

TASK 1: Construction methodology/sequence.


For in-house purposes identify and explain the construction methodology and sequence for each stage of the house build you would recommend, from the wining of the tender (site set up) through to the issue of code of compliance certificate. Hint: List at least 30 steps.
    


TASK 2: Construction Programme including timed building inspections for this contract

Using the identified construction methodology/sequence from task 1 create a construction programme for the house build, from wining the tender (site set up) through to the issue of the code of compliance certificate. In the construction programme identify the required building inspections and add these to your programme schedule.
