Based upon the case study detailing a leadership and change scenario (Tony Hsieh at Zappos), you are required to use the information contained in the case, in tandem with the material presented in the module, to illustrate that you fully understand leadership and change theory and practice.  You are required to answer the following two questions.

For the second part of the assignment, you are required to answer ONE question from a choice of three.  These questions are based upon the material presented in class.  In answering the question, illustrate that you have read and engaged with the literature on leadership and change.
