You have been just appointed as Human Resource Executive to assist the Human Resource Manager of a leading organization. Your role as a HR manager is mainly are to improve HRM practices of your current organization. You were asked to prepare a report to present to the management on how best you could add value to HRM practices in meeting the overall business objectives and goals. Initially the following tasks have been given to you, i.e. managing diversity and disciplinary action.

iii.Suggest any FIVE (5) ways that managers could engage in managing diversity in the workforce. Support your analysis with appropriate level of research and relevant examples.        

iv.Disciplinary action can take many forms. It should be seen primarily as a corrective measure, aimed at preventing further misconduct or poor performance. Explain any FIVE (5) problems associated with the administration of disciplinary action.
