TASK -Engaging in the Virtual Team ProcessYou are the communication consultant Jasmine has contracted to recommend a virtual communication strategy for the expanding team. She has asked you to explore a range of communication technologies/tools that will enable Spill-the-Tea staff to complete the five (5) key communication tasks  outlined above efficiently, and will:•complement each other  •be relatively easy to use•be cost effective over the long termTo allow you to truly experience the strengths and challenges of the communication technologies, you will be working in virtual teams with no opportunity for all team members to meet face-to-face during the completion of the task. You will be assigned to a team of approximately 6 students selected from across the workshops.   As a team, research a range of communication technologies/tools that can help your client and theirstaff complete the five (5) key tasks. Explore these technologies and tools first-hand as your team conducts the same tasks.  
You will need to:1.Identify and research at least two (2) appropriate communication technologies/tools for each of the five key communication tasks (6 – 10 tools in total – a single tool may be multi-functional and considered useful for more than one of the tasks). Consider the information provided by the creator of the tool as well as user-reports/reviews of the tools. 2.Use each of the tools with your group over 2 – 3 weeks to complete the tasks your client wants to engage in.3.Consider the strengths and challenges of each tool independently and as part of a package of technologies/tools.
